PhD Course

Outline

Regional Policy

With devolution and regional restructure looming, regional society is currently facing a myriad of different and complex issues from the redevelopment of manufacturing industries to regional revitalisation, from municipal mergers to information disclosure. To survive this those in local government and businesses need the ability to plan and manage projects based on precise and comprehensive judgement. This programme provides the skills necessary to develop your economic and business sense by furthering your understanding of politics, economics, finance and business administration. This programme offers units in regional policy, resource management, regional information, regional finance and agricultural management.

Cultural Policy

In response to our ever-changing society, we aim to produce leaders in NGO/NPO activities, regional news distribution, cultural and educational policy, while respecting the values of the individual. To do this, this programme provides professional training in IT and information policy, knowledge of the theory of life and law, and education in economics and business administration.
